The hotel was super clean it smelled very nice however when we put the cleaning sign on the door and came back from being out all day the room wasn't clean only the bed was made but they had not taken out the trash or replaced the towels therefore they are only getting 4 stars. A little bit of road noise too because of a big street outside, we had the deluxe room which fits a queen bed but minimal walking space since it was still a confined space.
We had a great experience. Rooms are very clean and tidy, but more on the small size. The front desk upgraded us to a room with windows without us asking! Very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit hot bc there was no AC unit, but it cooled off during the night. A great location and nice area; lots of stuff within walking distance.
Small rooms, but cozy. Gorgeous bathrooms and not too small. We only need a place to rest so this hotel was perfect. Short walk to Undetround stations and close to a lot of tourist areas. Definitely recommend if you want an inexpensive place to stay
I stayed here for three nights for work. The rooms are small but complete of everything. The location is great, 5 minutes from borough metro and buses passing by. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a Sainsbury just next door. Prices a bit expensive but I guess it's London!
What a great place to stay!! Just recently stayed here for a couple of days and how surprised was I!! First of all the staff here are extremely friendly and more than happy to help with any questions you might have. The hotel is very competitively priced, which almost puts it in the price bracket for hostels (but it is so far removed from any hostel I've stayed in!!). The rooms are spotlessly clean, and were so each day of my stay. Although there could be slight improvements, i.e. USB ports on the plugs and a couple of very minor maintenance jobs need completed in the bathroom I was staying in, this was a fantastic place to stay; and I will definitely book again next time I'm in the area.
There was a wonderful pub nearby, the room was perfectly clean and I did get a window despite paying for a room without one. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. It was a very good price for the amenities provided.
Perfect 'bolt hole' from where to explore London . We spent last night in Accommodation London Bridge. What an amazing place - hidden behind a very small and insignificant looking facade - this place really is a little gem !! The room was more than adequate, not large but enough space for our needs for a one night stay. The thing that impressed me the MOST was the cleanliness - I am quite fussy too. The staff on the desk in reception were lovely; professional but friendly, helpful & welcoming. The location is perfect with easy access to the tube network - opening up the whole of central London within a few minutes. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very clean & functional. On top of all these 'positives' the value for money is second to none !!! I would stay here again without hesitation
A lovely little hotel, which is spotlessly clean. Staff are kind and welcoming, and there is a Sainsbury's next door for anything you need. The Roebuck pub for great food, and Borough tube station are within easy reach. A good idea to phone directly for the best rates.
